Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote NJ Group’s event venues.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met from inquiry to event completion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to showcase the unique value of our venues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event sales, venue sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore events market is a strong advantage.
