Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across six restaurants, ensuring consistency in service and quality.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability for all outlets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and lead diverse teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s F&B market and regulations is a must.
